Queso Mama Queso and Black Bean Layer Dip

2 Cans of black beans, drained well
½ Cup sour cream
1 Teaspoon chipotle powder
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
½ Teaspooon salt
Splash of fresh lime juice
24 Ounces of Queso Mama White Queso
Garnish: Chopped tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, olives

Preheat oven to 375°.

Puree black beans, sour cream, chipotle powder and lime juice together in food processor. Scoop into bottom of 9×9-inch square baking pan. Scoop Queso Mama White Queso over. You don’t have to heat it first.

Place in oven and bake until queso is melted and beans are heated through, about 12 minutes.

Remove and garnish as desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
