Ingredients
- 7 oz. Pork Chorizo, we used V&V Supremo
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 12 oz. Queso Mama White Queso
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 can Corn, drained
- 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

Instructions
- In a saucepan on medium heat, cook chorizo and onion for five minutes or until fully cooked. Add queso, cream cheese and corn and stir to combine.
- Cook an additional five minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Pour in a serving dish and top with green onions.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
