Chicken Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 12 oz Queso Mama, any variety
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
- Pour into a 9x9 baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Can also make this in a slow cooker if desired. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips and it's also delicious poured over rice.
