Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 12 oz Queso Mama, any variety
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
  3. Pour into a 9x9 baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Can also make this in a slow cooker if desired. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips and it's also delicious poured over rice.
