Ingredients
- 1 lb Green beans, fresh or frozen
- 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 6 oz Queso Mama White Queso
- 1/2 red pepper, small diced
- 1/2 cup Fried Onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Add green beans and cook 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and run cold water over the beans to stop them from cooking further. Pour in a mixing bowl.
- Heat queso in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until melted.
- To the queso, stir in cream of mushroom soup and diced red peppers.
- Add the queso mixture to the beans and stir to incorporate.
- Pour into a 9x9 baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked when ready.
