Sausage Gravy Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 16.3oz. Pillsbury Grands Biscuit dough
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 12oz. Queso Mama White Queso
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a saucepan on medium heat, cook breakfast sausage until fully cooked.
- Add flour and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add milk to the pan and stir. Cook until thickened. Stir continuously.
- Add queso to the pan and stir until melted. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour the Sausage Gravy into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Top gravy with the 8 biscuit dough rounds and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
