Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Onion, granulated
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup Queso Mama, any variety
- 8 oz package Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease muffin pans. Make 14-16 pinwheels.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- To the beef, add granulated onion, chili powder, salt and pepper and stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup of Queso Mama to the beef and stir until combined. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Open the dough and unroll. If you have any breaks in the dough, press them together.
- With a rolling pin, slightly roll out the dough so it is 16" wide.
- Spread 1/2 cup of cold Queso Mama evenly over the dough.
- Add the beef mixture and spread it out evenly over the queso.
- Roll up from the widest end and pinch the seams together.
- With a serrated knife, cut into 1 inch slices.
- Place sliced pinwheels in the muffin pans.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes and remove from the pan.
- Serve as an appetizer and with a side dish for a meal. Top with sour cream or more queso for dipping.
